A CHILD'S VIEW OF THE KINGDOM

I enter The Kingdom like a little child…
“Assuredly, I say to you, whoever does not receive the kingdom of God as a little child will by no means enter it.” Mark 10:15.
How is that like?
It is freedom trusting fully in The One Who created Life and is Life and gives me life abundant with Freedom and Grace and Truth.
I can trust Him like a child who has a loving Father; you can climb up close to Him upon His lap and snuggle up close to His heart in intimacy.
You can run freely in His love knowing that you are always safe that whatever He allows you to go through is always for your good.
You always feel at home with Him in that He will always be with you forever.
Forever you can bask in His intimate presence knowing that you are so special in His eyes.
He loves everything about you even your flaws, your mistakes, for He only sees good in you.
You are excited about life looking forward to all that He has planned for you.
He has given you a future with a hope and expectancy of having only Love, Grace, Truth, and Prosperity.
You will only prosper being with Him.
I can do all things through His strengthening me. (Philippians 4:13)
He loves to have fun with me like twirling me around in His joy and laughter.
He loves to pour out His deep Reassuring, Refreshing, and Restoring peace upon me.
He loves to teach me truths based on His love in a way I can understand as I snuggle close to Him.
He is my loving Father, my closest Friend.
He is always with me from the moment I wake in the morning and all through the night.
He loves to share with me the beauty of His handiwork in nature — the sunrise and sunset, the ocean waves, the mountains, the great eagle and great whale, the gemstones, the petals of beautiful flowers, and the butterfly’s wing.
Everything He has made is a gift to me.
He takes me by the hand and leads me.
He makes me lay down in green pastures and leads me by quiet streams. (Psalm 23:2)
He restores my soul. (Psalm 23:3)
He loves me. I am His child!
THINK ON THESE THINGS

Thoughts based on the carnal nature ministers death for the flesh is at enmity with that of the Spirit. God’s ways are so much higher that ours. If we die to the flesh, God’s resurrection power gives us life and peace.
The enemy always sets snares using our own thoughts that is why our mind must be renewed with God’s word so we can think like Christ. We have the mind of Christ. We must train our own mind to think like Him.
Think things that are true, honest, just, pure, lovely, of a good report, that be of virtue or praise….Phil 4:8
We must strive to have the fruit of the Spirit - love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, and self control….Gal 4:22-23
His rod will protect us from danger and His staff guides us in His truth….Psalm 23
Our assurance policy….Psalm 91
We are to cast down vain imaginations that bring torment and create images to rest in guided by His peace, joy and love.
Think on these things.
CHOOSE LIFE AND TRUTH

When I woke up this morning I immediately got attacked with thoughts of negativity and despair, feeling exhausted, no hope, bad thoughts of who I was in my past. Yes, the enemy immediately started to rob me even from having quality time with the Lord.
Jesus gives us a choice to listen to those thoughts or to cast them down and yield to what He has to say! He gives us a free will to make a good choice and not to dwell in the pit the enemy is trying to create.
The Lord took hold of my thoughts because I chose to yield to Him by His grace!
I will not be led in the paths of negativity and despair but will rejoice in the fact that God is for me and everything is working together for good for me and my family.
I choose to rest in His faithful promises. His word is truth and everything of fear and worry are lies from the enemy that I cast down. I will not dwell in that of negative feelings for they also are lies.
The joy of the Lord is my strength. The Lord leads me on paths of His righteous promises and His grace enables me to stay following Him. What I choose to do and think is an act of My will to obey.
He says not to fear or worry but rest in Him. He has everything I need…guidance, wisdom, truth, strength, peace. It is all about Him taking me by the hand and leading me in the Promised Land.
The battle is the Lord’s and He trains me to overcome with His armor and shield and sword I win every time.
WINTER TURNS INTO SPRING

I found myself very discouraged because the things I looked to, even though they were blessings from the Lord, let me down. We need to be careful that we do not put more trust in the gifts He gives us than in the Lord who is the giver!
God gave me the gift of writing that He used to encourage me ever since I was a little child, and once again He lifted me up out of despair using writing.
After winter comes spring where we learn to see roses as we carefully avoid the thorns. The thorns are the tricks and snares set from the evil one.
When you feel like the dew that fell to refresh you in blessings from the Lord has seemed to dissipate, what do you do but to encourage yourself in the Lord.
The Lord never promised that we would have a rose garden that didn’t produce thorns but we must look past the thorns, the tricks and snares from the enemy, and learn and discern and see the beauty all around us in life and smell the fragrance of His presence that will never leave us.
Yes, winter turns into spring and brings more newness of life and growth as we learn to discern by all that we go through. We do not lose all that God blesses us with but we learn to discern our motives whether we are placing anything higher in priority than Jesus.
We need to retrain our brain to see life and growth in every trial and circumstance for He is working out all things we go through for our good.
PRESS IN FOR REVIVAL

This is Father’s Day, and as I seek Him, this is what The Father says to me.
The Father says:
- to meditate upon His Word,
- to break it down bite by bite in order to digest it,
- to bring forth the nutrients within it,
- to do His Will.
We are to be like a deer that is panting after a water brook with such intensity as if we are dying to know Him and the purpose He has called us to fulfill — to know the burden of His heart for others and more for the lost.
“As the deer pants for the water brooks, so pants my soul for You, O God. My soul thirsts for God, for the living God. When shall I come and appear before God?” Psalm 42:1-2.
As I was reading just the introduction of my book, I realized that there is so much in it if I would only break it down and meditate upon it and believe it to come to pass.
I write, but I don’t always apply. LORD, forgive me!
Even though His timing is perfect, He is faithful to get our attention to where He will enable us by His Grace to catch the Vision within His words and catch the wave to truly ride it out!
The Word says in John 4:14 that there is a fountain of Life within us that wants to spring up and overflow to touch others with His Love and saving Grace, but we must stir this Life up so that it will gush up and overflow.
“but whoever drinks of the water that I shall give him will never thirst. But the water that I shall give him will become in him a fountain of water springing up into everlasting life.” John 4:14.
First, it must set us free! We must spend that quality time in His word and in His presence to produce His faith to activate within us and not to remain dormant.
Yes, how many souls have you touched with His love this last week, month, or year, or even longer?
It is shocking, but this must not be?
He called us to a mission. He gave us the Gift of His life-giving Spirit, and we must stir it up!
I pray breakthrough within each of us, that hunger and thirst for more of Him, and that His will would be fulfilled to the maximum measure.
We need to be ready to truly press in for revival, the salvation of the multitudes to come into The Kingdom.
We need to press in for His life to flow in us to break down the walls that guard our hearts, and that His river will flow!
In Jesus’ name!
We need to press in to know the secret within us, how to truly press in for Revival.
Yes, the secret within us is to have true commitment to His saving Grace and the purpose within which we were called?
Just saying…..
Father,
Today is the day the Lord has made, and I choose to rejoice and be glad in it. You have given me my family and my home to enjoy and to take care of. Even though I love my “alone” time to be quiet with You, to read and write and learn what is best to improve my outlook on life, to learn health habits that are better for us, to do my website, that isn’t all my life is. My life is to live!
Lead me and guide me to make the best of my day and not to escape it through vain and empty practices! What do You have me to do? I pray. I don’t want to be selfish with my time. I want to be self-giving!
Father, give me compassion, understanding, commitment, dedication, and love to give to others. Help me to love and trust and see good in others and not to judge another’s character. Forgive me, Lord!
Help me to be sensitive to other people’s needs and to be willing to serve them. Teach me how to be a true friend. Help me to walk and talk with You in the cool of the day and to include others—a day full of rest, relaxation, exercise, refreshment, and healthy work ordained by You in serving others.
In Jesus’ name!
SPEAK WORDS THAT EDIFY

If I think on things that are true, honest, just, pure, lovely, of good report, that are of virtue and praiseworthy, then I will speak the same…Phil 4:8.
And if I abide in His love, I will display the fruit of the Spirit—love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, and self-control, then I will be a blessing to others….Gal 5:22-23.
I will speak on things that are life-giving and not idle words just to be speaking. I will speak that which is beneficial to the listener even to myself.
Speak on things that are edifying, encouraging, thankfulness, creative, natural (enjoying nature), and that stimulate growth and to learn new things.
Life and death are in the power of the tongue. I choose Life! Jesus is the Life-giver. Speak His words of Truth. He says not to fear, worry, or to be anxious, but to rest in Him. Speak words that minister His peace.
Meditate on Psalm 23 and even visualize yourself with Him in it.
See yourself in Psalm 91 abiding in close communion with Him hiding underneath His wing in Protection. He is my Hiding Place and He teaches me to speak Grace to others.
Why does it take death before some grasp hold of life?
Why does it take almost losing someone before they appreciate having them?
Why do some go about blindly before they realize all that they have?
Why does it take failure before some ever give it a try?
Why can’t we have childlike wonder and rejoice in the firefly?
Why can’t we live in the simplicity of the moment?
Why can’t we gaze upon the stars as diamonds and rest among the moon beams?
Why can’t we rest in the meadow and watch the puffy clouds roll by?
Why can’t we truly enjoy life the way God intended with childlike faith and wonder?
Why wait until tomorrow to rejoice in the day for tomorrow might be too late?
